We are looking for a dynamic and motivated sales executive to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple clients, and a passion for sales in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling calls, following up with leads, and providing property details to potential clients.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into clients.
2. Provide information on properties in Goa and Greece, including pricing, availability, and legal processes.
3. Assist clients in understanding the Greece Golden Visa program and the benefits of investing in Greece.
4. Set up and manage client meetings, property viewings, and site visits.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Manage CRM software and ensure all client information is up to date.
8. Attend industry events and seminars to stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
