Business Development (Sales) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Helping mentees (customers) in their mentorship purchase process
2. Conducting timely follow-ups with mentees to convert leads into successful sales
3. Providing support to the mentors and helping the mentors whenever needed
4. Sharing valuable insights from user activities and contributing to ongoing improvements
5. Working as a key accounts manager to the mentors & mentees and ensuring that mentors are satisfied with the Preplaced platform
6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism with mentors for their platform success
7. Building rapport with mentors and helping them with their success
8. Understanding users and their needs by talking to them casually as peers
9. Understanding their questions and objections about the product
10. Selling the product using all the knowledge gained above
11. Achieving sales targets as per the process
12. Following up with mentees to convert them into sales
