About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promptly responding to inquiries from potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
2. Providing detailed information about summer camp programs, including schedules, activities, pricing, and registration procedures, ensuring comprehensive understanding
3. Applying persuasive sales techniques to effectively convert leads into camp enrollments, meeting sales targets
4. Proactively following up with potential customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement, address queries, and facilitate enrollments
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system for future reference
6. Assisting in collecting participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of future camp offerings
7. Helping to organize workshops and day-to-day coordination

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a business, marketing, communications, or related degree program

2. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

3. Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and messaging apps such as WhatsApp

4. Demonstrated capability to adapt swiftly to a fast-paced work environment

5. Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory

6. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

7. Strong organizational and follow-up skills

8. A knack for persuasive communication and sales

9. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
