About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Learning the Dubai real estate market: gaining in-depth knowledge of key projects, developers, and market trends.
2. Reaching out to potential clients: contacting them via calls to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
3. Supporting clients at Dubai Property Expos: accompanying clients, introducing them to developers, and explaining investment opportunities.
4. Presenting Dubai real estate projects: providing detailed insights and benefits to help clients make informed decisions.
5. Closing sales deals.
6. Following up with clients: addressing their queries and continuing the conversation about potential investments after the expo.
7. Managing leads: maintaining records of client interactions, expo feedback, and follow-up actions for future reference.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements
1. Any graduate or postgraduate.
2. Fresher or experienced both are eligible.
3. Strong communication in both languages, Hindi & English.
4. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
5. Ability to confidently present and explain real estate projects to potential clients, both in person and over calls.
6. Must be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
7. Proven ability to manage client interactions, address their needs, and guide them through the decision-making process.
