About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Client acquisition: Engage in procuring new clients through direct outreach, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the sales and marketing team.
2. Sales process management: Oversee and manage the sales cycle to attract new clients effectively.
3. Product and service promotion: Suggest relevant upgrades or additional services to clients, contributing to increased revenue.
4. Proposal development: Craft detailed business proposals and contracts to enhance client engagement and revenue generation.
5. Client interaction: Conduct outbound calls and attend face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and close sales.
6. Relationship building: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
7. Pitching: Deliver compelling pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
8. Data management: Accurately input sales data into the company's CRM system.
9. Collaboration: Work with the sales manager and other departments to meet monthly sales targets.
10. Follow-up: Encourage repeat business and cross-sell additional products/services to past clients.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).
