About Square Select Estates
We are involved in real estate activities with owned or leased property. This includes buying, selling, renting, and operating self-owned or leased real estate such as apartment buildings and commercial office or retail space, non-residential buildings, developing and subdividing real estate into lots, etc. Also included are the development and sale of land, farms and cemetery lots, operating of apartment hotels, and residential mobile home sites.
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work proactively to initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects in real estate products (flats, villas, plots, office spaces, etc.)
2. Work on closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts
3. Develop and implement strategies
4. Identify and develop business opportunities for the real estate services
5. Work on lead generation (commercial sites), cold calling, studying area plans, size, design, etc.
