About the internship

Internship Duration: 3-6 months (with potential for full-time conversion)

Role Summary:
As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and help drive growth for the company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Generate leads through various channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Assist the sales team in maintaining an organized pipeline of prospects.

2. Client Engagement:
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Engage with prospects via phone and email to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. Sales Support:
- Work with the sales team to support various stages of the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers after a sale is closed.

4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and industry best practices.

Other requirements

Education(preferably): Final-year MBA students, preferably with a focus in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

Skills:

1. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (knowledge of any sales software is a plus).

5. Proactive, target-driven, and a quick learner.

Qualities:

1. A passion for sales and business development.

2. Confidence in engaging with clients and building relationships.

3. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
