About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
2. Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
3. Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them
4. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
5. Creating and updating activity reports
6. Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
7. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
8. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
9. Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
