About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
2. Analyze data to understand customer needs and market dynamics
3. Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
4. Support the sales team in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and other communication methods
5. Help in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
6. Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
7. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions
8. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
10. Help in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients
11. Provide exceptional customer service and support
12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales activities
