About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential school leads through research and networking.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to school administrators, showcasing the benefits and features of our School ERP solution.
3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers, including principals, administrators, and IT coordinators.
4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
5. Negotiation: Handle negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools to help improve our product offerings and customer experience.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall company strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
8. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.

Other requirements

1. Strong communication and presentation skills

2. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

3. Negotiation and closing skills

4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

5. Knowledge: Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in school management and operations, is a plus.

6. Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with schools and clients.
