Role of Account Manager Intern in The Media Ant: The account management (AM) team generates new business opportunities and expands business with existing clients. The primary role of the AM interns is to identify potential brands and companies and open up meetings with them. In the process of acquiring new clients, the AM intern is also exposed to campaign planning and execution based on the client's brief.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify/map new brand- or company-based trends, market knowledge, and current advertisers
2. Make connections with the concerned person at the identified brand/company and open up meetings with the marketing team of the brand
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the campaigns are performed and executed as per the commitment
Notes:
1. The work hours are equally split between inbound lead answering and outbound reach-outs, both with an intent to set up meetings.
2. Apart from setting up meetings, the intern also works alongside AM on existing campaign planning and executions.
3. The working hours are 10 am to 6 pm.
