About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Client Acquisition and Management:
1. Identify potential B2B clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
2. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to introduce the company s services and understand their requirements.
3. Collaborate with the tech team to prepare presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
4. Follow up on leads and manage communications with prospective clients to close sales.
5. Maintain relationships with new clients and ensure their satisfaction and continued engagement with the company's services.
b. Sales Strategy Implementation:
1. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic approaches for entering new markets or segments.
2. Participate in the analysis of market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for enhancing the company s market position.
c. Reporting and Documentation:
1. Prepare sales reports and documentation of client interactions and agreements.
2. Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the CRM database and kept up-to-date.
3. Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reviews of sales activities to be discussed in team meetings.
d. Training and Development:
1. Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
2. Engage with other departments to understand the technical and operational aspects of the products and services offered.
