About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with the clients via email, chat and telephone and understand their requirements
2. Follow-up registered users and understand their requirements.
3. Explain to clients about our publishing process and help them choose the right publishing package
4. Cross-sell additional services to our existing clients

Note: Selected candidates will be given 3 days of training. Candidates performing exceptionally well during the internship will be given the opportunity to join our team as full-time employees.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of net sales).
