About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Address customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
2. Assess clients' needs and provide tailored suggestions
3. Offer relevant travel information and materials to travelers
4. Research destinations and travel options for pricing, customs, weather, and reviews
5. Convert leads into sales through consistent follow-up
6. Cultivate and maintain positive business relationships with customers
7. Resolve customer issues promptly to enhance satisfaction
8. Collaborate with team members and departments to streamline sales efforts
9. Manage supply and report on customer feedback, interests, and market trends for potential product and service enhancements
