About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Conversion: Interact with and convert inbound leads originating from our website, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp channels. Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to nurture leads and guide them through the conversion process.
2. Client Coordination: Coordinate effectively via chats and calls with converted leads, as well as our internal design and client servicing teams. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration to guarantee timely delivery of orders and achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Database Development: Proactively contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive database for outbound leads. Take initiative to reach out to potential clients, engage them in meaningful conversations, and drive conversions through persuasive communication.
4. Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the founders to develop and implement strategies aimed at accelerating business growth. Identify opportunities for collaboration with wedding planners and influencers to expand our reach and strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of revenue generated).
