1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members
2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and referrals
3. Conduct sales presentations and tours of the facility to prospective members
4. Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual goals
5. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms
7. Assist in the design of eye-catching promotional materials for events and special promotions
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage referrals and renewals
9. Address and resolve any membership inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
10. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
11. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
12. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and activities to boost membership engagement and sales
13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales strategies remain competitive
14. Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for new marketing campaigns and sales initiatives
