This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee at AppSierra in Noida. The trainee will be responsible for various tasks related to business development, including lead generation, market research, and customer service. The trainee will collaborate with the business development team to identify potential clients, build relationships, and support the growth of the company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
3. Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies
4. Help manage and maintain client relationships and accounts
5. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives
7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience in lead generation and customer service

Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of business development

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the technology industry is a plus
