About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating leads through various company-prescribed methods
2. Understanding the target market of W3Dev
3. Working on online bidding at various platforms
4. Check all the inbound leads and reply to them
5. Nurturing the leads timely
6. Learning and building expertise in email marketing
7. Following with all the old leads and clients
8. Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
9. Managing company portfolio at various marketplace platforms
10. Updating and maintaining CRM
11. Managing a daily checklist
12. Sending welcome emails to the clients and onboarding emails to talents
13. Working with senior management to create sales and marketing plans and roadmaps

Other requirements

1. Graduate/Postgraduate degree from any specialization/any CS/IT degree/diploma/certification preferred

2. 0-2 years experience in lead generation, online bidding, business development

3. Background in computers or IT is preferred

4. Good English skills both written and verbal

5. Understanding of marketing principles

6. Positive attitude

7. Sharp business acumen

8. High self-confidence, great networking, and public speaking skills.

9. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
