About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on marketing and sales of real estate projects
2. Follow-up with the clients
3. Prepare marketing strategies to deal with new clients
4. Build client relationships, brief them about our various projects along with arrangements of site visits, and show them our properties in Pune
5. Negotiate on the rate of the quoted price of the property
6. Stay constantly updated with the domestic real estate markets
7. Gather market intelligence on competitors and their activities
8. Work on achieving targets set by the organization
9. Work on identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 15th Aug'24 and 5th Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Only graduates above 2020 passing will be preferred.

2. Fluency in English.

3. Stipend: 15k in-hand salary plus an incentive.

4. Any graduate or undergraduate will be preferred.
