Community Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Fostering a supportive and inclusive environment both online and offline, ensuring community members feel valued and heard.
2. Supporting the planning and execution of community events, including workshops, meetups, and virtual sessions, ensuring smooth operations and a positive attendee experience.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to promote community events and initiatives, utilizing different channels to boost awareness and participation.
4. Acting as a point of contact for community members, responding to basic inquiries and helping resolve minor issues.
5. Gathering and monitoring feedback from community members through events and online interactions, sharing insights with the team to help improve future initiatives.
6. Assisting in tracking engagement metrics and creating basic reports on community activities, growth, and sentiment for internal review.
