Consultant Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Enrolling trainees in the online course and following up with ITIs for course completion.
2. Ensuring trainees complete the modules on time and discussing strategies to reduce inactivity.
3. Assisting with and documenting any queries raised by trainees regarding the BMS course.
4. Coordinating with ITI administration and SPOCs to enhance course adoption.
5. Creating channels for timely communication and sharing daily progress reports.
6. Updating SPOCs and principals on the orientation program and conducting visits to ITIs.
7. Supporting the project coordinator in conducting orientation sessions at the ITIs.
8. Collaborating with the project coordinator to create and deliver according to the project plan.
9. Following up with ITIs for data submission, building rapport with trainees, and updating ITI SPOCs and principals on program developments.
10. Ensuring that data is accurately onboarded onto the LMS (Learning Management System) and verifying its correctness.
11. Promoting ITI trainee participation in various adoption activities, such as projects.
12. Assisting project coordinators in documenting updates, processes, achievements, milestones, risks, incidents, and creating various reports at different project stages.
13. Analyzing data available on dashboards and LMS data on digital platforms.
14. Complying with branding and communication guidelines in all internal and external communications.
15. Sharing and following up on minutes of meetings to ensure completion of all open points.
16. Strict adherence to project templates, SOPs, and guidelines.
