Content Strategist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Acting as the brand manager for each allocated account.
2. Formulating a brand strategy for allocated accounts.
3. Managing the growth of the allocated accounts.
4. Devising a channel-wise (customized to each social media platform) content strategy for allocated accounts, including organization and management.
5. Meeting deadlines on a planned calendar.
6. Ensuring timely responses and closing loops for comments and messages on each platform.
7. Scanning competition to stay updated with the thematic landscape of allocated accounts.
8. Building and managing relationships with clients.
9. Working closely and coordinating with a designer for content development and execution.
10. Developing concept notes for campaigns and elements beyond regular social media posts before showcasing creatives to clients.
11. Conducting monthly analytics and reporting.
12. Performing SEO and updating website content on a monthly basis.
13. Measuring website performance monthly and devising a way forward based on learnings.
14. Identifying key digital trends and adapting them for content development.
15. Taking responsibility for additional tasks on allocated accounts, such as annual reports, events, film campaigns, and shoots.
16. Identifying key stories on allocated accounts to be featured on Chrysalis social media platforms.
17. Liaising with the digital fundraising team to ensure timely planning, execution, and monitoring of fundraising campaigns.
