About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct interviews with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring sensitivity and respect for their personal stories
2. Gathering Insights: Skillfully extract meaningful insights, anecdotes, and personal experiences during interviews, while maintaining a comfortable and trusting atmosphere
3. Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives based on the collected interviews, weaving together snippets and anecdotes to create engaging and relatable stories
4. Writing and Editing: Write clear, concise, and engaging content that effectively communicates the essence of each individual's story. Edit and revise content as needed to ensure accuracy, coherence, and readability
5. Research: Conduct background research on interview subjects and relevant topics to enhance the depth and context of the narratives
6. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including editors, designers, and multimedia producers, to coordinate content production and delivery schedules
7. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from supervisors, editors, and interview subjects to continually improve interview techniques and storytelling skills

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in writing and editing
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
7. Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms is a plus
