We're looking for a skilled writer to work with the product team and ensure communication to the customer is consistent and of high quality. This includes reviewing and writing for the product as well as identifying ways to engage with users.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with product managers and designers to write product copy
2. Create and maintain product copy guidelines
3. Ensure the product writing is consistent with the brand and across the product, as well as customer communication
4. Write product announcements in a regular cadence
5. Work with product managers to improve product adoption by engaging with customers
