Content Writing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand the business problem and customer pain and translate them into a story.
2. Understand customer pain addressed by product features, measure the impact with data, and write stories with metrics.
3. Build the product brand with consistent story writing across various content.
4. Enlighten the customer with important business measurements through simple stories.
5. Develop engaging new stories and communication for external audiences.
6. Write online content, ensuring it is relevant, current, and engaging.
7. Creating content for blogs, social media, website pages, proofreading, success stories, and newsletters.
8. Collate material internally and liaise with web publishing and website content writing.
9. Work with the group, marketing, and sales teams to plan a content strategy.
10. Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
11. Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
