About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update the content calendar for Enpass's social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to ensure timely and consistent posting.
2. Social Media Posting: Create, schedule, and publish posts in alignment with the content calendar across all social media channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and message clarity.
3. Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and original content for social media platforms that is easy to read, informative, and resonates with the target audience.
4. Strategic Growth Initiatives: Develop creative strategies to enhance Enpass's online presence, increase engagement, and drive follower growth by exploring innovative, out-of-the-box ideas.
5. Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, impressions, clicks), and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement and optimization.
6. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media activities align with Enpass's brand guidelines and voice, maintaining a consistent and professional image.

Other requirements
Degree: Bachelor's in marketing, communications, digital media, engineering, or a related field. Candidates from other academic backgrounds with relevant skills and a passion for social media marketing are encouraged to apply.
Social Media Expertise: Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) and current trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a focus on readability and engagement.
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop fresh content ideas and strategies to grow online presence.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
