We are looking for a talented and motivated 'SEO Content Writer Intern' to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of SEO principles. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce content writing and digital marketing strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation:
i. Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for our e-commerce website, including product descriptions, blog posts, landing pages, and promotional materials.
ii. Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content to improve search engine rankings.
2. Content optimization:
i. Optimize existing website content for SEO by improving readability, structure, and keyword density.
ii. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop content strategies that drive organic traffic and engagement.
3. Quality assurance:
i. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, style standards, and editorial quality requirements.
ii. Proofread and edit content to eliminate errors and improve clarity and consistency.
4. Performance analysis:
i. Track and analyze the performance of content using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
ii. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing content based on performance metrics.

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.

3. Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
