About the internship
As the Sales and Marketing Manager at Urban Naps, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing efforts for our innovative sleeping pod product. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from lead generation to managing client relationships and devising effective marketing strategies.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through various channels such as online research, networking events, and cold outreach to potential clients.
2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and clients.
3. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to increase brand awareness and engagement.
4. Communication with Different Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
5. Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Urban Naps' sleeping pods, including online and offline initiatives, to reach the target audience effectively.
6. Sales Strategy: Devise sales strategies to maximize product penetration in the market, including pricing strategies, promotional activities, and distribution channels.
7. Corporate Sales: Identify and engage with corporate clients to pitch the benefits of Urban Naps' sleeping pods for their employees' well-being and productivity.
8. B2B (Business-to-Business) Sales: Cultivate relationships with B2B clients, such as hotels, co-working spaces, and airports, to drive sales through bulk purchases and partnerships.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
