About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Assisting in developing marketing and sales campaigns and strategies.
3. Assisting the clients with their technical queries & making them aware of the product and how it could benefit them at their site needs to be added.
4. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
5. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for business growth.
6. Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
7. Monitoring business development processes within the organization to increase business revenue and growth.
8. Collaborating with clients through social media, email, or in person.
9. Coordinating with other departments to create materials that will support sales efforts.
10. Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
11. Keeping an accurate record of client data and sales activities.
12. Negotiating and closing deals with new and existing clients.

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Any bachelors degree in engineering (B.Tech), mechanical engineering, civil engineering electrical engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
