At Ziegler Aerospace, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Cost & Pricing Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, pricing strategies, and data-driven decision-making, supporting our efforts to maintain competitive and cost-efficient operations.
1. Analyze cost structures from global suppliers and vendors, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
2. Provide competitive pricing recommendations based on market trends, cost analysis, and industry benchmarking.
3. Ensure accurate cost data collection and negotiate pricing with suppliers on favorable terms.
4. Work closely with the procurement and inventory management teams to align cost strategies and inventory needs.
5. Derive actionable insights from cost and pricing data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
6. Prepare detailed proposals focused on pricing strategies and profitability, ensuring alignment with business goals.
7. Review and update pricing models regularly to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
8. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to inform pricing strategies and financial planning.
Requirements:
1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills
2. Knowledge of cost structures, financial analysis, and pricing models.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Onboarding Process:
1. Hands on training will be provided for the initial two month equipping with the necessary skills and knowledge.
2. After the training, candidate will be assigned with roles and responsibilities.
