Mink Retail is a premium multibrand outlet revolutionizing the retail landscape. With our first store in Gurgaon and plans to expand to 20-40 stores across India in the next 5 years, we are seeking a talented Design Intern to join our dynamic and growing team. As a Design Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging illustrations, graphics, and visual content for both online and offline platforms, including web design (no coding) and social media. Additionally, you will assist with designing visually appealing presentations and slide decks to support our business development and brand pitches. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create high-quality illustrations and graphics for social media, web, and other digital platforms.
2. Design visually appealing layouts for the company's website (no coding required).
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
4. Assist in designing and developing PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring a professional and cohesive look.
5. Support in designing promotional materials for both in-store and online use.
6. Stay up to date with design trends and best practices in digital, print, and presentation design.
7. Assist with various design projects as needed.

1. Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in graphic design, illustration, visual arts, or related fields.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in illustration, graphic design, social media visuals, and presentations.
4. Ability to create polished, professional presentations with attention to design and layout.
5. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
