About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Facilitate digital onboarding for new customers, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
2. Assist with issue resolution, helping clients solve problems quickly and efficiently.
3. Provide online product demos and follow up with clients to guide them through the signup process.
4. Utilize Sales Navigator for lead generation, identifying potential clients and partnerships.
5. Conduct outreach to key accounts, building relationships with organizers, artists, and venues.
6. Drive new acquisition efforts through strategic outreach initiatives.
7. Manage lead generation and cold calling, targeting potential customers and partners.
8. Execute email and call outreach to organizers, artists, and venues to grow the business.
