Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the software.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
5. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
6. Contribute to the overall success of the company by providing exceptional customer support and service.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in English
2. Good comprehension skills - should be able to understand a customer's emotions on calls/emails/chats
3. Good grasping power - should be a quick learner and pick up on processing information effortlessly
4. Should be well versed in the basics of e-commerce
5. Should be energetic and enthusiastic to learn concepts
