As a Customer Support intern at Credque, your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients at their locations with any technical issues they may have regarding our services.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Be present at client locations for technical support
2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for further assistance.
4. Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation and resources.
5. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge in customer service.
