Customer Service Executive Trainee
Location: Noida, Sector 63 (In-office)
Company: Appsierra Group
Internship Duration: 6 months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing customer queries and providing excellent support through phone, email, and chat.
2. The role involves troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining records in CRM systems.

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Customer-centric mindset
3. Basic knowledge of customer service principles
4. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
5. Familiarity with MS Office/CRM software is a plus
