Customer Success Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering client requirements, configuring the CRM system, and providing training and support
2. Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition for clients from sales to implementation
3. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and customize the CRM solution to meet their specific requirements
4. Provide training sessions and user documentation to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize the CRM platform
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process
6. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and product functionality
