Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports to support business analytics and decision-making.
Design and implement robust data models and relationships using DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for accurate and efficient data analysis.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable insights and data visualizations.
Optimize performance of Power BI solutions by tuning queries, data models, and report designs for maximum efficiency.
Building ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to integrate data from various sources into a centralized data repository
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within Power BI solutions.
Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Power BI development best practices and techniques.
Stay updated with emerging BI technologies, trends, and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Conducting data analysis and providing recommendations to improve data quality, data management processes and data governance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
