1. Provide technical assistance and end-user support to our organization as well as our clients when the need may arise
2. Work on learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources
3. Visit client location to provide it support for longer durations
4. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
5. Work with all technology team members to ensure proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, MAN, and WAN voice and data networks
Requirements:
1. Comfortable for rotational night shift if required on client support
2. Ready for traveling in Delhi/NCR as per client requirement
3. Must have a driving license
4. Have knowledge of operating systems and resolving hardware and software-related issues
5. Know network and networking devices
Note: Their work can include installing or fixing hardware and software, troubleshooting problems, working in a customer support role at a service desk, and maintaining networks and computer systems.
