About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
I. Social Media Management:
1. Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and appropriately
3. Engage with followers and foster positive relationships with the online community
II. Online Reputation Management (ORM):
1. Monitor and manage our online reputation on platforms beyond social media, such as review sites, forums, and other digital spaces
2. Address customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
3. Implement strategies to maintain and enhance our brand reputation online
III. Reporting and Analysis:
1. Assist in collecting and analyzing data from various marketing campaigns and initiatives
2. Generate reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights
IV. Liaison to External Production Agencies:
1. Coordinate with external production agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, including photo/video shoots, ad creation, etc.
2. Accompany production teams on shoots and assist with on-site coordination and support
3. Serve as a point of contact between the company and external partners, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives

Other requirements
1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree program in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
6. Prior experience in social media management, ORM, or marketing analytics is a plus.
