About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end marketing email campaigns (creation, deployment, analysis)
2. Develop and execute targeted email marketing strategies
3. Design and optimize email templates
4. Analyze campaign performance using metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion)
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content
6. Maintain and update email databases and lists
7. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, Spam Act)
8. Assist in creating marketing communications (social media, blog posts)
9. Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing strategies
10. Provide regular performance reports and insights
11. Manage webinars

Other requirements

1. Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

2. 6-12 months of internship duration

3. Technical skills: Basic HTML, email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

4. Experience with email marketing campaigns and automation

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Excellent written and verbal communication

7. Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2-3 days/week in-office)

8. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Hubspot)

9. Knowledge of SEO principles and social media marketing

10. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
