About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Analyze and optimize campaign performance to meet lead generation, conversion, and ROI goals.
3. Use platforms like Google Analytics and CRM tools to track and optimize campaigns.
4. Build outbound marketing strategies using email, LinkedIn, and validation tools.
5. Manage outbound marketing programs and maintain accurate campaign databases.
6. Create and execute engaging social media strategies for brand awareness and lead generation.
7. Manage paid social media campaigns, analyzing key performance indicators.
8. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies using SEMRUSH to drive superior performance.
9. Create backlinks and optimize content for better search results and visibility.

Other requirements

Candidates with at least 2-3 areas of deep understanding & experience in B2B marketing will be preferred:

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing and relevant field is required.

2. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions; expertise in managing Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook campaigns.

3. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM/automation tools.

4. Organizational and leadership skills to manage and delegate outbound campaigns, including email and LinkedIn marketing.

5. Experience with Waalaxy, Dripify, and ZeroBounce for database management.

6. Ability to create and optimize social media strategies for engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.

7. Proficient in SEO (on-page/off-page), SEMRUSH, backlink creation, and content optimization for better rankings.
