Director (Film) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and pitch film concepts that align with our brand and target audience
2. Oversee the creative direction of film projects from initial concept to final delivery
3. Collaborate with writers and producers to develop scripts and storyboards
4. Manage production schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
5. Work closely with the editing team to ensure the final product meets our standards of quality
6. Work on staying current on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our filmmaking processes
7. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members to foster a collaborative and creative work environment
8. Develop the visual style of productions, making decisions on camera work, lighting, composition, and shot selection
9. Lead the planning and execution of all shooting aspects, including lighting, composition, camera movement, and shot selection
10. Operate cameras and direct the camera crew to capture scenes as envisioned
11. Engage in post-production processes, working closely with editors and colorists to ensure the visual tone and style are maintained.
