About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in order management:

a. Process and fulfill orders on Shopify.
b. Coordinate with the dispatch team for timely deliveries.
c. Track shipments and handle returns or exchanges.
d. Manage inventory levels and update product availability.

2. Assist in customer support: Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product details.

3. Social media marketing:

a. Assist with content creation and posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
b. Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
c. Collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions.

This position bridges the gap between operations and marketing, ensuring smooth order fulfillment while supporting the brand's online presence.
