As our EIR, you'll be our diamond in the rough (pun intended!), diving deep into the exciting world of turning our concept into a reality.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Become a Customer Whisperer: Get ready to chat with potential customers and decode their jewellery desires.
2. Supplier Safari: The hunt is on! You'll be tasked with tracking down the best suppliers who can bring our jewelry dreams to life. Negotiation skills are a plus!
3. Market Maven: Get your data detective hat on! You'll help us size up the market, estimating the potential for our dazzling creations.
4. Regulation Regulator: Not all that glitters is gold (well, not legally). You'll be our legal eagle, ensuring we comply with all the rules and regulations governing the jewelry world.
5. Business Feasibility Fairytale: Feasibility is our magic word! You'll help us evaluate the financial viability of our business plan, making sure our sparkle translates into success.
6. The Artisan Alchemist: This is where the magic happens! You'll play a pivotal role in training our artisans, helping them hone their craft and transform our designs into stunning handcrafted pieces.
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 7th May'24 and 11th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Preference for candidates who:
1. Has a passion for jewelry (of course!).
2. Knows the local language [Kannada and Hindi are a must]. Makes conversations with our suppliers easy.
3. A people person.
4. Willing to travel around the city to get the job done, scouting and meeting with suppliers and customers as needed; maybe 2 or 3 times a week.
5. Can meet deadlines, is curious to learn and is a self-starter.
