About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Setting up and managing e-commerce/q-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Dunzo, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
2. Scouting for more e-commerce D2C marketplaces and exploring product listing
3. Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment within the SLAs
4. Working on the returns and claims process, managing the SPFs and their follow-ups
5. Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offer code performance

Requirements:

1. Strong organizational and time management skills

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

4. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies

5. Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

6. Basic understanding of customer service principles

7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask

8. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
