Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing our e-commerce platforms, including website maintenance, product uploads, and inventory management.
2. Enhance product listings by creating engaging and SEO-friendly content, compelling visuals, and accurate product descriptions.
3. Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
4. Assist in customer service tasks, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
5. Contribute to the overall growth of our e-commerce business, bringing fresh ideas and creative strategies to the table.
6. Ideal candidate will have knowledge of AI & ChatGPT.
7. Prior experience working with jewelry, Shopify, Amazon & other marketplaces will be a plus.
