E-commerce Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making
2. Assisting in the creation and management of product listings, descriptions, and images on the eCommerce platform
3. Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience
4. Supporting the order fulfillment process by verifying orders, coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring timely shipment
5. Assisting in the analysis of eCommerce performance metrics, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement
6. Supporting digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media management, and paid advertising efforts
