About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with Product Management: Helping in the process of uploading new products to the website, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
2. Customer Support:
a. Responding to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, live chat, or phone
b. Assisting with order tracking, returns, and exchanges
3. Content Creation: Generating content for social media platforms, blogs, or newsletters to promote products, engage customers, and drive traffic to the website
4. Data Analysis: Analyzing sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
5. Inventory Management: Assisting in monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and updating stock availability on the website
Earn certifications in these skills

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Apr'24 and 30th May'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Gurgaon and neighboring cities
