E-Commerce Marketing Internship

E-commerce Intern Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our e-commerce team as an intern. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of online retail. As an e-commerce intern, you will work closely with our team to support various aspects of our online store operations and contribute to the growth of our e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing product listings, including uploading product images, writing compelling product descriptions, and optimizing product pages for SEO.
- Help with order processing, fulfillment, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing the user experience and driving sales on our e-commerce platform.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
