E-commerce Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create and manage product listings for our website & other sales channels, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. Coordinate with warehouse to maintain up-to-date product information and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that products are in stock and available for sale.
2. Oversee and process customer orders, including order confirmation, communication with the warehouse team, invoicing, tracking, returns, and resolution of order-related issues across channels and platforms.
3. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
4. Utilize customer & logistics data to analyse and identify patterns, preferences, and pain points and make data-driven decisions towards optimisation of cost and logistical efficiency. Maintain dispatch and sales reports to keep the data transparent with the rest of the team.
